This project was part of a full garden rebuild, the cabling was installed during the ground work stage. The customer already had a vision of what they wanted and together we developed a solution that gave them the lighting effect they where looking for

Due to the quantity of light fittings and the number of lamps needed I advised the customer to use fittings that are capable of having the lamps replaced, the light fittings still use low energy LED lamps which are low maintenance rather than integrated LED which are more costly to maintain.

The fence lighting consists of 10 stainless Up and Down fittings each with 2 lamps. The low level wall lighting is provided using 5 sunken floor lights along each side, they also have a stainless surround and use the same type and colour temperature lamps.

The fence lights and sunken lights are individually controlled using 2 relays and a wireless remote. The remote relays also connect to the house wifi and the lights can be controlled with smart switching using a mobile phone app. The app enables the lighting to switch on with the changing daylight time each day throughout the year, ensuring the the lights are never on during daylight hours and maintaining the best energy efficiency.

I also installed 2 weatherproof socket outlets as part of the project.
